  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • ¼ cup water

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

  • ¼ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup tomato, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix yogurt and water together well. Add the spices, cucumber, onion, tomato, cilantro, and salt. Mix well and serve.
