Stacy is the author of Piatti: Plates and Platters for Sharing, Inspired by Italy and former executive editor of Saveur, Food Editor of Every Day with Rachael Ray, and recipes editor for Food Network. She co-authored the James Beard-winning cookbook, Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen.
